• Smart Website Development

• Reputation Management Systems

• Marketing Automation and Lead Capture Tools

• Business Process Automation

Services may be delivered through third-party platforms and software integrations.

2. Use of Services

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information

• Use services only for lawful business purposes

• Not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with AI systems

• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

You are responsible for how your business uses AI-generated communications.

3. AI Disclaimer

LVR AI utilizes artificial intelligence technologies which may generate automated responses, communications, or recommendations.

You acknowledge that:

• AI responses may not always be accurate or error-free

• AI agents operate based on provided training data

• Human review is recommended for critical communications

LVR AI is not liable for decisions made solely based on AI-generated outputs.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business policies, pricing, and service information

• Review and approve AI training content

• Maintain compliance with consumer communication laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable consent regulations)

Clients are responsible for obtaining proper consent before automated calls, texts, or communications are sent.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Services may be billed monthly, annually, or per usage depending on the agreement.

• Usage-based services (including voice minutes or messaging) may incur overage fees.

• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Services may be paused or terminated for non-payment.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may integrate with third-party providers including CRM systems, telephony providers, hosting platforms, and automation tools.

LVR AI is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy updates made by third-party providers.

7. Intellectual Property

All systems, workflows, prompts, automations, and proprietary configurations created by LVR AI remain the intellectual property of LVR AI unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their business data and branding materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LVR AI shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue or business interruption

• Missed leads or communication errors

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed fees paid to LVR AI within the previous two (2) months.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for high uptime, services are provided on an “as-available” basis. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or third-party service disruptions.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the agreed billing terms. Upon termination:

• Access to systems may be revoked

• Active automations may be disabled

• Outstanding balances remain due

11. Privacy

Your use of services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how data is collected and used.

12. Modifications

LVR AI reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
